Yes, we have done 4 orders with you and 4 orders with one other company and 3 orders with another company yet. We have compared and since you are asking frankly I

will answer as frankly. I appreciate doing business that way.

You have been the easiest to do business with. Quick service, quick response,

help when I need a quick turn time. Good Product. Very high Price.

The other two companies are a little slower, have as good a product, 20-30 %

lower price. Their chips are as good as yours, no upgrade or b product.

All do freight much the same way. FedEx, DHL or UPS. Almost the same price.

Terms: 2 companies 100% up front - 1 other company 30% up front/70% before shipment(no extra bank charge)

Since I came home from China, I have bought almost 9,000 drives.

I had 1 original supplier (2 years) who I have discontinued buying from, because

all three new suppliers have had better product…

I have included some pricing from other suppliers.

1) quality. As your company is a CD/DVD shop, we only offer goods which is not only full capacity with grade A, but also more stably and test them for 4 times before shipping. Some test just as routine but it better than some grade A chips.

2)Price. Price is also a big headache for us. For us, you are a good customer.Take good care of quality,
