房屋建筑工程施工安全管理方案研究

摘要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展，城市建设步伐不断向前

推进，房屋建筑企业间的竞争不断升温。安全施工是房屋建筑工程

中的重要问题之一,同时又是确保房建企业立于竞争不败之地的基

础性问题。本文从当前房屋建筑工程施工现状、加强房屋建筑施工

安全管理的对策以及建立健全施工安全管理机构等方面介绍了房

屋建筑工程施工安全管理方案研究。
