第一步、打开需要降温部位对应的选择阀：具体操作是-----选择阀手柄手动扳起。 第二步、拔出二氧化碳瓶头阀上的安全销，用力猛推手柄，即可释放灭火剂。

Extinguishing Systems

一、选择阀使用和维护

I. Use and Maintenance of Selector Valves 1、 选择阀结构

1. Structure

推柄、驱动气缸、限位轴、调节螺母、压舌。

It comprises a push handle, a driving gas cylinder, a limit shaft, a regulating nut, a pressing block.

2、 选择阀开启状态：一旦选择阀被启动过，就是说系统已经释放过灭火剂，它的样子将是这个样

子的。“驱动气缸”内已经进过氮气、“推柄”被推开、“限位轴”离开“压舌”、“压舌”被“阀芯”顶起。

2. Open Status: If the selector valve was initiated once before, which means the system has released extinguishing agent, it will be as shown in the picture below. The “driving gas cylinder” has been filled with nitrogen, the “push handle” was pushed aside, the “limit shaft” was moved away from the “pressing block”, and the “pressing block” was pushed up by the “spool”

3、 选择阀关闭状态：系统正常情况下选择阀应该处于关闭状态，只有灭火时选择阀才能处于开启状态。

关闭状态:“推柄”要紧贴“驱动气缸”、“限位轴”压紧“压舌”、顺时针向下“调节螺母”使“压舌”和“限位轴”紧密接触。

二、氮气启动瓶使用及维护说明

1、 氮气启动瓶结构及组成Nitrogen bottle structure and composition

2、 散装货压力表安装

制造商在发货时为了防止压力表有可能损坏而进行散装发货，客户收到的货物启动瓶和压力表是分开包装的，当启动瓶被固定到固定架上之后要进行压力表的装配，具体装配步骤如下：

第一步将启动瓶固定在固定架上，螺丝紧固。

第二步，将散装的压力表拿出来，在表尾部的螺丝上缠绕两圈生胶带。

特别提醒：！！！不要把压力表的规格搞错！！！

3、 瓶内压力显示日常维护

当你检查启动瓶时发现压力表显示过低或为零时请按照以下步骤进行操作：

4、 特别注意事项：

4.1 在测试、灌装氮气、或者消防维护过程中客户有时需要拆卸电磁铁，拆卸电磁铁正确的方法如图：

先将启动瓶与灭火瓶之间的氮气管路断开，再用扳手固定住“电磁铁安装底座”，再用力逆时针拧下电磁铁。

切不可用扳手拆卸“电磁铁安装底座”，负责会放掉瓶内气体！！！！！！

三、氮气瓶阀芯装配步骤

II. Assembly of Nitrogen Bottle Spool

控制系统调试结束，灭火系统整个工程全部完工后，最后一步就是装配阀芯，阀芯一旦装好系统就进入运行状态，控制器发出灭火信号时就气体装置就会喷射灭火剂！

After the completion of control system commissioning and the whole project of fire extinguishing system, the final step is to assemble the spool. Once the spool is installed, the system will turn into ruining status, and as soon as the controller sends out a fire extinguishing signal, the gas device will spray extinguishing agent.

装配阀芯前先断开“氮气驱动管路”再按下面步骤进行装配阀芯。

四、二氧化碳更换密封膜片

III. Replacement of Sealing Films:

成品CO2储存瓶组密封膜片已经是装配好的，不用更换，只有气瓶内灭火剂被释放过后，密封膜片会被刺破。系统要恢复使用时要更换二氧化碳瓶头阀的密封膜片。

On finished CO2 storage bottles, the sealing films have been fitted, and no replacement is required, but after the release of extinguishing agent, the sealing films will be broken. To recover the system, the sealing films should be replaced.

第一步：确认你要更换的CO2气瓶是否是空瓶，先将下图所示的“气动手动气动器”用手拆卸下来，用肉眼检查“密封膜片”是否被扎破。如果是被扎破，才可以进行第二步，如果没用扎破，千万不要拆卸，会有危险！

Step 1: Please make sure your CO2 bottle to be replaced is empty. First manually remove the “pneumatically manual starter” as shown below, and visually check whether the “sealing film” is punctured. If it is broken, you can move to the second step, if not, never remove it, as it can be dangerous!

第二步：拆卸“盖帽

”，注意不要掉落零件，不然会丢失里面的“复位弹簧”

和“密封垫圈”

Step 2: Remove the “cap”. Do not drop any parts, or the “return spring” and “sealing washer” may be lost.

第三步：扔点被刺破的“密封膜片”，更换新的“密封膜片”，按照上图所示“从左到右”依次压紧，并用扳手用力拧紧“盖帽”，用手将“气动手动气动器”拧到“盖帽”上即可完成更换膜片。

Step 3: Threw away the broken “sealing film” and replace with a new one. Firmly press these parts one by one “from left to right” as shown above, tighten the “cap” with a wrench, and then screw the “pneumatically manual starter” to the “cap”.

第四步：装车运输到充气站充气。

五、氮气充装

IV. Charge of Nitrogen

氮气充装：氮气充装最好到专业充装氮气的机构去充气，那里都有专用的“充气装置”，方法如下：

第一步：要将氮气瓶拆下去充装氮气时，先将电磁铁拆下来，拆的时候要注意如图所示，千万不要用扳手去拆铜螺帽！！！或者电磁铁也可以不拆，直接去充气。

Charge of Nitrogen: It is preferred to charge nitrogen in a professional organization for nitrogen charging where the special “charging device” is used as follows:

Step 1: When a nitrogen bottle is removed for charging nitrogen, the electromagnet should be first removed as shown in the picture. Never remove the copper screw cap with a wrench or charge nitrogen without taking off the electromagnet!!!

第一步：装压力表的口就是充气口，拆掉压力表，如图所示的部位就是充气口（标准螺纹G5/8）,将“专用充气接头”拧紧到“充气口”上。

Step 2: The port for pressure gauge is the charging port. Removing the pressure gauge, you will see the charging port (standard thread G5/8) as shown in the picture. Tighten the “special charging connector”

充气工具：Charging Tools:

按图连接可靠后，先打开大氮气瓶手动阀头，后侧压力表会显示大氮气瓶侧压力，一般压力必须大于8MPa以上，再打开手动调节阀，缓慢向小氮气瓶充气，等到前侧压力表显示到“6MPa”时关闭大的氮气瓶手动阀，再关闭调节阀，再依次拆卸工具。

After reliable connection according to the picture, open the manual valve head of the large nitrogen bottle, then the rear pressure gauge will display the lateral pressure of the large nitrogen bottle which shall be greater than 8MPa; Open the manual adjusting valve to slowly charge the small nitrogen bottle, and close the manual valve of the large nitrogen bottle until the front pressure gauge shows the pressure reaches “6MPa”; Close the adjusting valve; Remove these tools in proper order.
