清明节里话清明

Tomb-sweeping Day， is a traditional festival in our country， which is the most important festival of sacrifice1. It is the day of ancestor2 worshiping3 and sweeping the grave. Most of people of all ethnic groups in China sweep the tombs on that day， showing their sadness for the dead.

清明节，是我国的传统节日，也是最重要的祭祀节日，是祭祖和扫墓的日子。我国各族人民大多都在清明节这天扫墓，寄托对故人的哀思。

Tomb-sweeping Day， one of 24 solar terms4 in our country， is a solar term and a holiday. Moreover， not only it has the solemnity5 of sacrifice and the joy of spring-outing， but also it’s Chinese precious intangible6 cultural heritage7. Tomb-sweeping Day， according to the solar

calendar， comes from the year between April 4 to 6. It’s the season of spring when the nature shows vitality8 everywhere. It is a good time to spring outing， so the ancients had spring outing and carried out all kinds of customs sports activities. In ancient times， it is also called March Festival. It doesn’t just mean sadness for ancient Chinese on Tomb-sweeping Day. There are praying and recalling thoughts hidden in， what’s more is the reverence9 of the ancestors and praying for descendants10. Tomb-sweeping Day is a day of the meeting of the living and the dead， a day for remembering and recalling， a day of all feelings. Day after day， year after year， there will be a sadness which can’t be uttered11 on this day. No one ever give up the love， which is the miss of the dead and relatives. 清明节，作为我国二十四节气之一，它既是节气又是节日。而且，不但有祭奠的肃穆和踏青的欢愉，还是我们中华民族十分珍贵的非物质文化遗产。清明节，按阳历来说，在每年的4月4日至6日之间，正是春光明媚的时节，大自然处处呈现出勃勃生机。这时也正是人们春游的好时节，所以古人去踏青并开展各种风俗体育活动。在古时清明节也叫“三月节”。清明节对于中国古人来说并非只有悲悲戚戚，也有祷告和缅怀的思绪潜藏其中，更多的是对先祖们的敬畏和为子孙后代的祈福。清明是一个生者与逝者会晤的日子，一个怀念和追忆的日子，是一个百感交集的日子。日复一日，年复一年，每到这一天就有种说不出的心酸。每个人心中都有一份永不割舍的爱，那就是对古人和亲人的思念。
