410HP 履带式推土机粘弹性悬挂机构的设计(小k 型)

摘要

推土机大型化是今后的发展的必然趋势,随之带来整机重量的增加,使推土机在工作中产生较大的冲击载荷和噪音,如何缓解推土机的震动和噪音是本设计的主要目的、

本设计对410HP 推土机粘弹性悬挂(小k 型)机构进行了性能分析,确定了履带式推土机行走机构的重要部件做了强度校核。最后,对减震材料(天然橡胶)的特性进行了分析,并确定了减震橡胶尺寸,另对橡胶垫的强度进行了计算。结果满足设计要求,到达了设计目的。 关键词:履带式推土机 弹性悬挂 粘弹性 设计

Abstract

The heave duty will be the certain trend of bulldozer, with increasing the cntire machine weight,and the mechanical vibrations has increased . How to release the vibrations , noise will be the key aim in the design.

The viscoelasticity suspension 410 hp track-type bulldozer of function have analyzed .the walking machanism parameter of important component have been determined . The forces in typical situation have been analyzed ,the strength of important component have been checked . in addition ,the character of viscoelasticity of natural rubber have been analyzed and determined the size of natural rubber . The result satisfies the design request and achieves the design goal.
