浅谈电力计量工作的重要性

摘要：随着工业经济发展，对电力资源的需求越来越大，全国十多个省份都出现不同程度的电力供应紧张状况，其中江西缺电也较严重，而电力能源短缺也将影响国家经济可持续发展。电力企业也在深化改革之中，电力计量工作也为节能降耗作出了自己的贡献，本文讨论了如何运用电力计量实行节能降耗的几点认识。

Abstract: along with the development of industrial economy, resource for electricity demand more and more big, the more than ten provinces have been in different degree of tensions in the power supply, including lack of electricity and more serious in jiangxi province, and electric energy shortages will also affect national economic sustainable development. The electric power enterprise also in deepening the reform in, electric measuring work also for saving energy and reducing consumption has made its own contribution, this paper discusses how to apply the electric power measurement of energy saving of the some understandings.

1 引言

随着低碳经济、环保和可持续发展等概念的提出，发展低碳低排经济、促进节能减排已经成为我国经济发展，社会和谐的必走之路。因此，也要求电力企业不断地进行深化改革，逐步实现节能减排。电力计量是体现一个企业的综合管理能力最直观标准。因此要求我们充分认识到电力计量工作在节能降耗中的作用，在不断管理创新中，使供电企业能够在提高生产效率的同时符合我国可持续发展的要求。

2 规范技术设备

2.1 采用新技术，提高仪器的精确度

现代电子技术发展，使得电力计量进入了电子时代。电子式电能表的启动功率小，在低功率时准确度仍然较高，频率、电压、功率因数和谐波等的改变对电子电能表的误差影响范围也较小。电子式电能表还能实现远程电量采集．比传统的现场工作人员抄表引起的时间上的误差要小得多。

选用合适的互感器，采用预付费电能表、低耗变压器等也能到达节能降耗的目的。
