工商学院学生实习安全守则

实习是学生参加社会实践活动的重要组成部分，为了加强学校教学工作中的安全管理，规范实习教学活动,保证实习的顺利进行和实习学生的人身安全，特制定本守则。

一、 实习前，各分院、专业都要对参加实习人员进行安全教育，制定安全措施，签订安全协议， 全体实习人员要严格遵守实习单位的安全制度。

二、 应注意着装要求，严禁穿着不符合安全要求的服装进入实习场地。具体规定由实习指导教师根据具体实习项目做出。

三、 实习人员要严格遵守安全操作规程，不得私自动用实习单位的仪器设备；不做与实习无关的事情。

四、 学生在实习期间未经指导教师允许，不得到与实习活动无关的部门乱窜。

五、 实习期间不得擅自离开实习队伍和实习场地。实习人员离队活动时必须向带队教师请假，一律不允许离队外宿。

六、 学生在实习期间应注意饮食卫生，养成良好的饮食习惯。严格执行作息时间，注意防火、防中毒、防盗。

七、 应时刻注意交通安全，遵守交通规则，不得无证驾车，防止交通事故，按带队教师要求统一往返。

八、 带队教师为实习安全第一责任人。实习中如发生重大事故，要及时组织力量处理，并立即向实习单位和学院报告。在事故、事件处理结束后，将事件的原因、经过、处理结果及应吸取的经验教训等形成书面报告，报给院(系)及有关部门。

九、 学生进行分散实习时，必须在到实习单位后3天内向所在系报告。如实登记单位地址和联系电话，在实习期间严格遵守国家的法律法规和实习单位的管理规定。

十、 实习学生应严格执行本守则，因不履行本守则所造成的一切后果由学生本人承担。

这是我实习的第一个星期，让我感受良多。在没有开始实习的时候，我十分担心实习的生活，因为我是一个比较内向的人，在与人接触的时候我会不知道说什么好。

实习的第一天，我们六个被分到五公司的实习生，见到了进口管部的何经理。何经理对我们十分热情与欢迎，并且为我们分派了部门，我被分派进了调研组。五公司的职员都十分和蔼，对于我们的到来表示了欢迎，这是我紧张的心情有所缓解。

实习的第一天十分轻松，有一位组长带领我们六个实习生了解了一楼的展厅。并且介绍了一下进口管部，再给我们一些资料进行了解与学习。

后面三天组长给我布置了一个任务，去一楼的每个展厅通知一个由进口管名义举行的网上促销活动。组长和我说这个任务的时候我感觉是十分简单的事情，在我心里应该去通知一下就行。但是当我去了以后我才发现自己太异想天开了。当我去通知的时候每家店的店长都会问我好多问题像如果参加了这个活动运费怎么算？如果参加这个活动要提供多少货等等。我都回答不上来，都要记下来以后再回去问组长，一来一回的浪费了不少时间。

等我做好这个活动的事情没有事的时候，又发现我公司的职员都在忙六月进口管部要举行的一个义乌进口商品博览会，这歌展会已经举行了三年了，今年第四年并且规模比以前都大。我很想去帮忙，但是以我现在的能力实在是没有能力去帮忙，只能在旁边看着他们忙，感觉自己实在是太没用了只能打打下手，当没有下手可打的时候就只能看着别人忙。

时间过的飞快，转眼间我已经实习一个星期了。经过两个星期的实习我也渐渐融入了公司里。刚开始实习的时候总是觉得比较尴尬，因为和公司的职员不熟悉，常常感觉不好意思讲话。经过两个星期的相处，我渐渐和公司职员熟悉，并且明确知道了自己的工作任务。

自四月以来义乌有好多展会要开，我们公司也在展厅里开了一个展位，我被派到展厅里宣传进口管部的六月要开的展会。我的任务是发现对进口商品感兴趣的人，并邀请他们六月18号来展会参观，或者发现展厅里有人展示进口商品就去邀请他到时来参展。

在展厅里的工作并不是很难，在公司的一些工作我对我来说就比较难，就像前天我的组长叫我去收集我们进口管部的店里所有日本和马来西亚的商品。表面上看这个工作还是挺容易的，只要叫有这两个国家商品的店主发商品的电子稿到邮箱里就行。可是实施起来就不容易了，有很多店家都不会来配合你，电子稿做做毕竟也很麻烦，他们并不愿意来帮你做，那个时候我觉得特别尴尬。后来回公司后组长带我们再去了一次，这次却意外的顺利，那些店家见到组长以后都十分热情，马上就答应会发过来了。

这让我知道了自身的不足，在与人交流的时候的不足。

随着实习的时间变长，我所在的调研组组长交给我的任务也越多。我做的任务内容都是和六月八号的网上购物节有关，这个购物节为期15天，第五分公司会以进口管的名义在天猫、京东、淘宝开一家旗舰店。

一开始我是由组长带着去走访各家店铺，去为他们讲解这个活动，然后问他们对这个活动有没有兴趣。如果有兴趣就把产品的名称、图片、价格和库存发到邮箱里来。后来我把流程熟悉了以后组长就让我自己一个人行动了。期间会遇到一些态度并不怎么好的商家，有时候我会感到很委屈。毕竟我做这些事情我一点也得不到好处却要面对他们的不友好，但后来我的脸皮变得越来越厚，也就不在乎了。而且我发现如果我一直面带微笑地说话，他们也不会很刁难我。

这个任务比较复杂，进行了几天，把我说的口干舌燥一直在喝水。终于在我和组员一起努力的情况下完成了。后来的任务也是很麻烦，因为那些商家发来的表格总是有缺失，一些没有嘛图片发过来，一些没有库存，反正这些表格真是千奇百怪。于是我又要开始整理表格，一些不符合的表格还要叫商家重新整合后再发过来。第一次去的时候一些商家态度就不是很好，第二次再去那种状况可想而知了。

这几天的相处，我们已经和公司的职员认识。今天下班的时候公司里的职员们要去打羽毛球，于是来问问我们这几个实习生去不去。老实说我不是很想去，最近没有打羽毛球的欲望。可是后来想想，一起去打羽毛球的话可以更好的融入公司，于是我就表示要去。

我们先一起去外面吃了晚饭，因为怕耽误打球，我们十分简单的吃了几个饼就往梅湖体育馆而去。可能今天的运气不佳吧。我们到了梅湖体育馆以后才发现今天不可以进去打球，我们都感觉十分失望，毕竟大家都大老远的跑来这里，结果不让打。

后来大家都开始想办法，一问别人发现这旁边还有一个网球俱乐部。于是我们租了几个场地就开始打球了。

老实说我的球技不怎么好，本来是想来打几下就走的，结果一站到球场上就来劲了。我的手劲不大，结果我打的球都不怎么远，而且平常的时候打羽毛球都是没有网随便打的，可是现在有网了，每次我一打底球就要拍到网上面去。虽然我一直在输，但是在经过大家一起打球以后大家都相互熟悉了很多。

我们打到八点以后就各自回家了，回去路上我们六个实习生都比较兴奋，都各自讲了实习的收获。有时候再讲一下实习过程中的不如意，大家讨论一下怎么解决。

We practice during the process of training units in theschool and support, more guidance of experts, through training we learned a lot in class, not simply the knowledge of school for our future design and lay a solid foundation. At the same time allow themselves to contact the school for the purpose of internship training of our ability, the four-week internship to increase their ability to havea lot of knowledge, greatly improved.

During my internship, I worked in The District 5 Market of International Trade Mart.The marked has five floors.The first is selling imported goods,second is selling bedding,third is selling knitting raw material,forth is selling car accessories and parts,fifth is China Commodity City E-commerce Service Zone.My main work in the first floor Imported Commodities Mall.

Yiwu International Trade City District Five import commodity pavilion has come from Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, South America, Oceania more than 80 countries that are more than 45000 kinds of special goods within. The museum has African products exhibition center, food, health care products, clothing shoes and hats, daily provisions, jewelry, crafts, and other imports from the five areas. The Imported Commodities Mall five blocks.The first block is selling imported food.When I passed ,I very want buy something to eat.And the block one also my favorite place.I always talk to the shopkeeper . The second block is selling daily necessities.In it have many beautiful Kitchenware and the quality is very good .The third is selling jewelry and it so beautiful.In it I find many customers buy the jewelry.The forth is selling Africa wood. The wood is different .From the Africa wood, you can leaned the different Africa culture. This time we have six students, and then every two a set of complete the task. One of my roommates and I was assigned to research group, the essence is the market search. Since June 8, we import commodity pavilion has a shopping festival on the Internet, in the name of the import pavilion in taobao, jingdong and Tianmao three website for a period of 15 days online promotions. Then we go to inform each business and let them take an active part in.

This internship I was primarily responsible for office secretarial work. When I first walked into the office, everything is so strange,All the staff are busy, as if no one noticed me,This let me have a number of excitement and some confusion. This time I remembered that when the teacher told me in school that we said one sentence, the person's adaptive ability is infinite. So I took a deep breath and prepared to meet the challenges of the next one.The few days so peaceful;cynical past. The knowledge learned in school did not used much.And the colleagues all busy worked without intersection is still very strange. Just meet and greet. Watching them busy all day, I have fun with each other, and I feel that they are really a group, and I am carefree as an outsider.I

think I can't go on like this, so I find the charge and Initiative to do.

At first I think this job is very simple just told shopkeeper the active about shopping festival on the Internet.I think this active is good so the shopkeeper will like it and willing to enter but I was wrong.In the job I met many difficult such as the shopkeeper asked me if they give our product and the product damaged whether we will payed.and many shopkeepers not believe us so they not want take part in this active.So every day my assignment is persuade the shopkeeper take part in this active.Later the shopkeeper all not want meet us. Then we collect the product’s picture and make a form about it.It have thousands products so make the form is very difficult.The form must have product’s picture、name、quantity and unit price.And some shopkeeper’s products haven’t all information.We will find the store and asked the product’s information.

When it comes to Yiwu Imported Commodities Mall, it has many advantages. Nearly a month of social practice, I have no regrets, we see the real side of the community, but the circumstances of this behavior, in order to meet the every day life is in my mind, it gives us an unexpected effect, social practice of living in the city ivory tower provides extensive contacts with society, students have the opportunity to learn about the social experience.

Looking back on the social practice activities, I learned a lot, a lot from people I contact each social experience, their own ability has improved, and these are not learn in school. Be good at communication with others in society's need long-term practice. Haven't the opportunity to work, make my conversation with others will not strain, can make conversation with ice, this is

very embarrassing. And I think the most important is I knew many friends . The internship let me know when you entered the social ,you should not expect other’ s help.When you met the problem ,you should find the way to solve in yourself

In this internship, I know how important of confidence in our work. Confidence can let us use our knowledge and also let us become more beautiful .This internship let me know the English and Chinese all important and my English ability not enough to communicate with others.So I made following conclusion: 1 Read more books and accumulate more knowledge not only in English but also Chinese.

2 Listen to various kinds of English,and improve our identification abilities. 3 Learn how to communicate with others and improve our social abilities and quick reaction abilities.

Hello, everyone. My name is Yu Jiaqi. Now I will introduce my

working place. So this is my office and here is my seat. In this month, my job is to talk the storekeeper about the online shopping festival activities. If they joined, I will let them send the name of the product, picture and price to my email.In this work I know how important of communication with others.And I need to improve my English skill.During this internship I meet many problems but I also make many friends.
