In recent years, a poor healthhas become a serious problem in the world/city among school students. No doubt, it does great harm to both their physical and mental development.

Actually, there’re several factors contributing to the trouble. Among them, the most responsible is the pressure of entering schools of a higher grade, for students have to study hard and compete for the limited places key schools or universities can offer, thus, they study more and play less.Besides, spending time watching TV or surfing the internet plays a role in it as well. Whenever they are free, instead of taking part in physical exercises, they sit in front of TV or computers, which almost dose no good to their health.

On account of the above reasons, we should solve the problem from two aspects: on the one hand, free children from the heavy burden; on the other hand, encourage students to take part in various outdoor activities.
