摘要：随着国家社会经济的发展，涉及城市建设、基础公益事业、企事业单位项目投资方面的工程也越来越多，工程造价工作已成为社会经济中不可缺少的基础性工作，工程造价的确定已成为规范建设市场秩序、提高投资效益的重要环节。电气安装工程造价是工程造价的重要组成部分，随着科技的进步，特别是电气设备的技术更新及计算机软件的开发，电气安装工程领域的工程造价问题显得越来越重要、技术难度越来越大，对造价人员也提出了更高的要求，本文浅谈了工程造价中电气安装工程造价计算的原理和方法。

电气安装工程主要分为变配电工程、动力工程、电气照明工程、防雷接地工程、自动控制仪表及建筑智能化设备安装工程等。要计算电气安装工程的造价，应做好以下几方面的工作：

1. 识读电气施工图

电气施工图可分为基本图和详图两大部分，包括设计说明、系统图、平面图、控制系统图、设备材料表等。造价人员在掌握工程制图的一些基础知识后，要熟悉电气工程施工图常用的图形符号，包括图形标准符号和设备文字符号，施工图标注符号、电气材料和设备型号的表示方法等，这样在识读电气施工图时才能更准确地理解图纸。识读系统图了解变配电系统的连接方式、主要变配电设备的名称、规格型号及数量等；识读平面图了解建筑物的平面布置、各种变配电设备在平面图上的位置、各种配电线路的敷设方式、走向等。对于控制原理图，要搞清一次回路和二次回路的相互关系和控制原理及其作用。造价人员还必需掌握一些常用的电气原理知识和电气施工技术，才能达到真正读懂电气施工图的目的。只有读懂了电气施工图，才能进行下一步工程计价的工作。
