浅析绿色建筑施工的项目管理

摘要：随着人们环保意识的增强，提倡生态，自然和谐发展更加引起关注。开始从生态角度出发来考虑我们的生活方式和生存状态，并着手改变传统的高能耗、高污染的生活生产方式。建筑行业是一个能耗极高的领域，所以首当其冲的受到重视，绿色建筑变由此应运而生。人们开始运用生态学的理论以及整合人工建筑系统与自然建筑系统，促使传统的高能耗行业逐渐的迈向新的阶段，构建新型的绿色建筑。项目管理是贯穿于每个建筑项目工程的始末，项目管理有利于更好的解决建筑中出现的问题。本文阐述了项目管理的意义，在分析绿色建筑项目管理的难点的基础上探讨了做好项目管理的措施。

Abstract: With the people's awareness of environmental protection, promote ecological, natural and harmonious development of more concern. Starting from the ecological point of view to consider our way of life and the survival of the state, and set out to change the traditional high energy consumption, high pollution and life mode of production. The construction industry is a very high energy consumption areas, so bear the brunt of the attention, green building change which came into being. People began to use the theory of ecology and the integration of the artificial building systems and natural building systems, to promote the traditional high energy consumption industry is gradually moving toward a new stage, to build a new type of green building. Project management throughout the whole story of each construction project engineering, project management is conducive to better solve the problems in the building. This paper describes the significance of the project management, good project management measures are discussed on the basis of analysis of green building project management difficulties. 1.绿色建筑施工项目管理的意义与必要性
