"洪水无情.人间有爱",一起寻找那些最可爱的人

最近，湖南、江西、贵州等南方多省遭遇持续强降雨袭击，造成严重洪涝灾害，给人民群众生命财产造成重大损失，噩耗频传。

Many southern provinces such as Hunan, Jiangxi and Guizhou suffered from continuous strong rainfall this summer, causing a serious flooding disaster and substantial losses of lives and property.

► 2017年1至6月份，贵州省自然灾害共造成317.43万人次受灾，因灾死亡13人，失踪4人，累计紧急转移安置9.83万人次，需紧急生活救助6.73万人次。

► From January to June 2017, natural disasters in Guizhou victimized 3,174,300 people, of whom 13 are dead and 4 missing. More than 98,000 were relocated and 67,300 needed emergency life assistance.

► 6月20日以来江西全省共有10个设区市89个县（市、区）1109个乡镇452万人受灾，7人死亡，2人失踪，55.59万余人紧急转移安置，农作物受灾348千公顷，9775间房屋倒塌，直接经济损失93.94亿元。

► Since June 20, 4.52 million people in 1,109 towns of 89 counties (cities, districts) in 10 municipalities across Jiangxi were victimized, with 7 dead and 2 missing. 555,900 people were relocated on an emergency basis, 348,000 hectares of crops were damaged, and 9,775 houses collapsed, causing a direct economic loss of RMB9,394 million.

► 6月22日以来，湖南宁乡发生历年同期历时最长、范围最广、雨量最多、强度最大的强降雨，遭遇了有水文、气象记录60年以来最为严重的自然灾害。截至7日，全县受灾人口81.5万人，因灾死亡、意外落水、失联人员44人。

► Since June 22, Hunan's Ningxiang experienced its longest, widest, heaviest and most intense rainfall in history, the most serious natural disaster since hydrological and meteorological records began 60 years ago. By July 7, 815,000 people there were victimized, 44 of them dead or missing.

然而“洪水无情、人间有爱”，在抗洪救灾的过程中，感人的故事频繁涌现，温暖着众人。

【洪灾袭来，80后党员救下同村300多人】

Post-80s Party member saves more than 300 people in village

7月12日下午，湖南省宁乡县坝塘镇南田坪村村民唐伟家鞭炮声不断，原来10多天前，唐伟在洪灾中先后救下同村300多人，近日来他家感谢的人络绎不绝。在洪水袭来时，唐伟驾驶自家小型冲锋舟持续工作18个小时，转移村民300余人。1983年出生的他是一名党员，从事装修工作，谈及救人行动，他说：“我在这里土生土长，很多叔叔、伯伯们是看着我长大，这样做是很自然的。”

On the afternoon of July 12, the sound of firecrackers never stopped in front of Tang Wei's home in Nantianping village, Batang town, Ningxiang county of Hunan. More than 10 days earlier, Tang Wei had saved more than 300 villagers from flood, and people were still coming to thank him. When the flood came, Tang worked 18 hours continuously on his own boat to relocate more than 300 people. Born in 1983, he is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and works in home decoration. Speaking of his heroic action, he said 'I was born and grew up here. Many elders here watched me growing up. It's a natural thing to do.'

【爱心企业慷慨解囊，加多宝500万元支援洪涝灾区】

JDB donates RMB5 million to support flooded areas

近日，中国国际文化传播中心组织社会爱心企业、爱心人士和书画艺术家，在北京举行“情系灾区·大爱无疆”爱心捐赠笔会活动，为灾区群众奉献爱心。加多宝集团紧急调集500万、北京昆仑鸿星冰球俱乐部捐款100万，中国爱心工作委员会副主席何荣捐款30万元，北京国匠御典文化发展有限公司捐款10万元，中华善德网董事长苏心灵捐款2万元，龙宇翔和爱心人士龙纲、龙金全、侯立杰、学生顾苗钰各捐款1万元，共募集捐款647万元，通过中国爱心工作委员会捐向灾区。

著名书画家杨骥川、爱新觉罗·恒焱、曾纪刚、石翔、佘林、陈跃丰、尹子菁及中国国际文化传播中心艺术总监盛和泰共同捐献书法作品，著名艺术家舒勇、罗藏旦巴分别捐赠了国画和唐卡，为灾区群众抗洪救灾及重建家园奉献绵薄之力。

Famous painters Yang Jichuan, Aisin Gioro Heng Yan, Zheng Jigang, Shi Xiang, She Lin, Chen Yuefeng, and Yin Zijing, and the art director of the China International Cultural Communication Center Sheng Hetai donated calligraphic works, and artists Shu Yong and Luo Zang Dan Ba donated traditional Chinese paintings and Thangka; all proceeds contributed to help affected people in flooded areas with disaster relief and home reconstruction.
